Here you can find guidance and an overview of the learning outcomes through the training modules required for all types of Klinik users in your Practice.
The following document details what to expect from Klinik training materials and the required actions for each practice user. We have put together a series of videos and guides which are available from the Knowledge Base via the Professional User Interface and the links below.

The Klinik training videos provide a detailed overview of the main functionality of the platform, how patients access care, and how the incoming enquiries are managed either following online enquiries or calls from patients.
There are four mandatory videos which should be watched by ALL USERS, and a series of additional videos related to:
- Additional optional features in ProUI
- Super User features (functionality only available to Super Users)
The contents and intended learning overview of each video are available in the summary below. The Project Team hold accountability to ensure all users have completed the necessary training before going live.
There are two main user types, Super Users and Standard Users.
A Super User is commonly one of the Project Team and are an integral part of the onboarding process, working with Klinik CS team to create your Klinik platform. Super users can be a multi-disciplinary of professionals, including clinical and non-clinical staff, and will likely include practice management and team leads. They will have additional feature access and platform administration rights so will be responsible for determining the access rights of all other practice users of Klinik.
A Standard User can also be clinical or non-clinical staff, and their user type (access level rights) will be determined by the practice Super Users. Often practice Administrators, Call-Handlers and Receptionist are Standard Users. These users should ensure they watch the four mandatory training videos and should seek support from Super Users for guidance related to any internal process changes, ahead of the Klinik Go-Live date.
Below is a breakdown of what is covered within the four mandatory training videos (The Patient Pathway, The ProUI, Connect and IT support) and the learning requirements for each user type and role within the practice.
We have also created videos for additional features, such as the photo feature and snooze functionality. Below we have indicated who these videos are appropriate for (Standard/Super users).

This video should be watched by All Users (Standard and Super Users- Must be watched by call handlers/reception/PAs and Care Navigators taking patient enquiries over the phone)
