This mandatory training video is for All users and details the process users will take to handle and complete an enquiry in the Professional User Interface which has been submitted either by the patient using the online service through the practice website, or where the enquiry has been submitted through Connect (telephone tool) where the patient has called the practice.
The Professional User Interface (ProUI) is home to additional functionality, such as the Knowledge Base and The Dashboard.
Following this video, users should access the ProUI (their account will be created by a Super User) and test the functionality to ensure they understand how to handle and complete an enquiry,
