This optional feature allows the patient enquiry summary, where the patient enquiry has been authenticated via the NHS login or PDS, to be pushed into the PHR as text directly into the consultation. This section provides instructions on how to use the functionality.

The record transfers directly into the journal of S1 and the consultation section of EMIS as text as shown in the screen shots below.
Each entry shows the 'tile name' or 'enquiry type' selected by the patient or call handler.
