Urgency assessment – feedback from professionals
Moving a patient’s contact request to the archive opens a new window in the professional user interface. In this window, the professional is asked to assess the urgency classification produced by Klinik Access, by selecting the urgency classification that they think matches the contact request (non-urgent or suitable for self-care, non-urgent need for care, urgent, emergency). This gives us feedback on how our algorithms and professional opinions correspond. This only applies to contact requests which have an AI pathway, that is, cases involving interpretation based on medical algorithms.
