Your project team should set clear goals and outcomes- what are your objectives for using Klinik?

  • Patient is routed/signposted to the right point of care first time
  • Manage same day appointments / prioritisation
  • Triaging quality and consistency

Klinik works at it's optimum when:

1. The online service is used alongside Connect (telephone tool) This ensures:

  • Phonelines are kept open for patients that have accessibility needs or cannot use online services
  • All patients requests are treated in the same manner resulting in a fairer system

2. A clinician completes the triage. This results in:

  • Immediate sign posting
  • Feedback tells us this allows a professional user to deal wit around 35% of enquiries digitally without the need for a F2F or telephone appointment

3. Professional users should work in Klinik to get the greatest benefit from the AI signposting and differential diagnoses

 

When designing your Klinik Specification you should:
