An overview of the onboarding process
We are pleased you have chosen to work with us at Klinik!
Our Knowledge Base Onboarding Centre sets out the steps and actions required to create your practice platform and implement Klinik into your practice. The short animation below provides an overview of the process.
The implementation process generally takes around four to six weeks. However we will support you to go-live with Klinik within a maximum of three months from contract signature when your first licence fee will be due.

Our UK based Customer Success team will be in touch to arrange an Introductory Meeting to take you through our onboarding process and what is required by you and your team and will be there to provide help and advice throughout this process.
