The Introductory Meeting

You can find information about your initial meeting with Klinik below.

Preparation for your Introductory Meeting

Prior to your introductory meeting taking place, you should take steps to identify key personnel that will become your project team who will be required to support the practice onboard Klinik. This should ideally include representation from your clinical team, practice management, reception, nursing and IT and marketing (where applicable).

Where the set-up relates to an ICS/PCN, a larger project team should be identified.

Introductory Meeting

The project team should be in attendance at your Introductory Meeting, where the Customer Success Team will provide an overview of the implementation process and a demonstration of the configuration capabilities of Klinik.

We will also discuss your objectives and provide guidance on your specification and the management of patient enquiries.

During the meeting we will also agree and discuss with you next steps including:

  1. A provisional go-live date for the practice or roll out plan if ICS/PCN
  2. The approximate date the platform will be available for testing (subject to the return of the specification)
  3. Training requirements
  4. The marketing materials that will be provided

Your project team will subsequently be given access to our demo environment to test the system and process.

The Klinik demo patient form can be accessed via the following link https://access.klinik.co.uk/contact/klinik-demo-environment/

Where you have been given access to the Professional Interface (ProUI) you will have received a link to set your account up. ProUI can then be accessed using the link below.

We will also share with you the Klinik Specification document, some example practice URLs so you can view tiles other practices have created and example patient flows. We will then ask you to proceed to design your Klinik platform by completing the specification document.
