What you should do when you receive your practice URL
When we have built your practice platform, we will add the nominated super users to the platform and they will receive a link to activate the Klinik account. Please do so asap as the link will expire after 14 days if an account is not activated.
We will then send your practice URL to you along with instructions on how to access the patient online form. This will be via a practice specific URL that we will create for you which will be formatted as follows: https://access.klinik.co.uk/contact/practicename/
We will also share the link to the Professional User Interface which can be accessed by the following link: https://proui.klinik.co.uk/
We recommend that you use Chrome as your default browser and the link is saved as a favourite so this can be accessed easily on a daily basis.
It is important NOT to save access to the Professional Interface via a desktop icon as this may result in the latest version of Klinik not loading correctly.
Your Super users or project team where CC/ICS/PCN should then test the pathways that have been created and ensure you’re comfortable with the messaging and routing that has been created.
Creating Standard Standard Users
At this point you should also proceed to create your standard user accounts providing appropriate access level rights and access to the teams they need to see.
