Professional interface -recommendations
Klinik professional interface provides an AI interpretation of the symptoms and assesses appointment urgency based on the information supplied by the patient. The AI will allocate one of four categories to each enquiry. ‘’Emergency’’ as indicated by a red triangle, “Urgent” as indicated by the amber exclamation mark or non urgent or suitable for self-care. Appointment urgency should, however, always be determined based on an overall assessment by a healthcare professional of the patient’s situation, which includes the patient’s medical history.
