Pre Go-live Q&A Meeting and Checks

Provides a summary of items we cover in advance of the practice going live with Klinik.

Pre-Go Live Meeting & Checks
Around two weeks prior to your planned go-live date the Customer Success Team will contact you to arrange a meeting to check:


a) If you are happy with the platform
b) If there are any changes required
c) Confirm the planned go-live date
d) Ensure that all Standard user accounts have been set-up and activated
e) All users have watched an appropriate training video according to the Learning Needs Assessment overview in the Training Centre 
f) All users are familiar with the functionality of the Professional Interface and Connect where required
g) Your web designers have been sent the banner and URL with instructions on when to add and connect
h) We will look at the self-serve tool covering ‘online opening hours’
i) If there are any outstanding queries or concerns
j) The date and time when test data should be cleared. (NB we do not delete any data for safety reasons so when using your dashboard after going live you should always select the start period of any search as the go-live date.)
k) Agree a four week post go-live review meeting date and time

We will clear your test data submitting it to archive the evening before you go-live and confirm when this action has been completed.
