For professional users the following updates have been made to the ProUI
Improvements to Integration: When submitting an online request, if a patient does not use the NHS login button to submit their enquiry, or they bypass adding their NHS number before submitting an online enquiry, their identity can not be verified by the system. This accounts for a large number of the enquiries submitted by patients online.
To help optimise the number of patient enquiries that can be sent into the PHR using the integration feature, we have created an additional PDS look up allowing the professional user to verify the patients identity meaning that the enquiry can be pushed directly into the PHR.
Data Exports: Site practice super users through ProUI settings will be able to download data for chosen dates (limited to 3 months of data per search) which will provide an overview of demand versus outcomes, combined with user effectiveness/productivity actions.
This will include the following fields:
- Date and time of enquiry
- Case ID
- Main tile
- Sub tile (where applicable)
- Online or Call from patient (Access or Connect)
- Urgency of enquiry
- Sex of patient (collected on AI enquiries only)
- Age of patient
- Resource that dealt with the enquiry
- Outcome of enquiry
- Incoming unit
- Unit closed in
- Professional user that closed the enquiry
The following updates have been made to the Patient Form
Reduced character limit: We have reduced the character limit on the patient form free text boxes from 2000 characters to 600.
Age of Patient Update: Patient age in weeks can now be input.
