For professional users the following updates have been made to the ProUI
ProUI - Negative Severity Symptoms
Clinical enquiries submitted online by patients, or processed through Connect, now show the negative severity symptoms the patient has been asked about alongside those they have confirmed they have to support the professional user in the triage process.
ProUI - Urgency Re-ordering
To support clinical safety, the default sort order of incoming enquiries now show emergency and urgent cases and the oldest enquiries in each category at the top of the list. The filters of course still remain to re-sort the lists according to the professional users requirements.
For patients, the following updates have been made to the patient form
Patient Online Form- Patient Acute Symptom Warning
To support clinical safety on entering the online service patients are now required to read a warning to check for acute symptoms/conditions before they commence using the service.
Patient Online Form- Sub-tile Selection Indicator
To improve patient experience we have made visual contrast changes to highlight to patients that where sub tiles exist they must select a sub tile to continue.
