System security, stability and performance improvements
Connect- cases being processed through Connect which the AI considers are emergency cases will be more clearly marked for users
Language selection- the drop down will be removed from the patient form as Klinik is only available in English in the UK market
Patient form- visual improvements to assist users
Snooze feature- warning to advise the patients that the OC service is closing soon prior to a snooze event becoming active
Proxy/Child labels- The AI will provide an icon to immediately identify and enquiries related to a child (under 15 years) or a proxy user in the patient list within ProUI
ProUI update- will allow users to add a flag to cases when redirecting to another unit
ProUI case icons- users will see a summary of the total number of emergency and urgent coded cases at the top of the patient list
