Switching account to another practice
To switch between Klinik practice interfaces, users should use the three dots on the far right of the interface and click “Select client” (Figure 20) and then click the required practice name or organisation.

Please note users with multi site access should be aware that when logging into the professional interface, the patient listing will default to the last practice viewed and so the user should always check the relevant practice name is displaying on the upper green bar of the interface before proceeding to manage any new contact enquiries. Users should only have access to practice interfaces which they hold current employment with, if this is not the case they should contact it-support@klinik.co.uk.
