Dashboard

Klinik Dashboard is an analytics tool for Super Users at the practice to see all the incoming patient cases from history to a live status today.

Learn how to use The Dashboard:

As a Super user, you will have access to the historical and present usage data. You will have full visibility of the patient demand if you are using the Connect tool as well as Access.


Important figures:

Patient cases on the work list

New> 24h = New patient cases that have been unopened on the list for more than 24h. 

New = Patient cases that have been on the list less than 24h.

Open =  The contact has been opened by a professional.

Archived = Marked completed and moved to the archive.

Total = All transactions listed (this does not include on-call assessments, you can see the total amount in Usage -> By Unit -> Total.

How to use Dashboard?

  1. Log into the ProUI
  2. Select “Dashboard” from the upper green bar of the interface. The Dashboard always opens to the current day view, and it shows the status of the practice's main important figures. You can go back to the patient list by selecting the “Patient cases.” if required.

  3. To change the time period, click on the calendar, select the appropriate time period and press "Apply". Always remember to press “Apply”, otherwise the page will not refresh.


    Figure 2 shows the calendar where the date range can be selected .
  4. The default selection is always all units in your organisation. To view only a specific item or items, select “Deselect all”, this then select only the units you want and press “Apply” at the bottom of the menu.

    Figure 3 shows the unit selector.

  5. In addition to the status view (home page), you can view in more detail the tab you selected information relWithin the usage filters, you will find data on the amount of contact requests, the number of contact types, how many cases had AI sitting behind vs how many short enquiries were submitted, and the number of contacts per unit. You will be able to review incoming and outgoing SMS figures and how many enquiries were received via Access and Connect.ating to the users, usage, outcomes, medical or technical. 
  6. Once you have selected your date range and the unit(s) you wish to search data for, you can then filter this down further by looking at the Contact types. The options available to you, will mirror the tiles you have available on the Access and Connect. Press "Apply". Always remember to press “Apply”, otherwise the page will not refresh.


    Figure 4 shows the appointment type selector.
  7. In the user’s section, you will find information on the patient’s gender and age. You will also see “MUNICIPALITY”, but this data will only be relevant for those who opt for a site selector in their set up.


    Figure 5 shows the where the Users data will be available .
  8. Within the usage filters, you will find data on the amount of contact requests, the number of contact types, how many cases had AI sitting behind vs how many short enquiries were submitted, and the number of contacts per unit. You will be able to review incoming and outgoing SMS figures and how many enquiries were received via Access and Connect.


    Figure 6 shows where the Usage data will be available.
  9.  The enquiry outcome data will show how many appointments resulted in F2F and how many required no contact, or a telephone consultation etc. Alongside the resource outcome data which will display who it was that dealt with the enquiry. 


    Figure 7 shows where the outcomes data will be available.
  10. Medical headings will display the the urgency of the enquiries as determined by the AI, the Ailment location will show the top 30 ailment locations as provided by the patient, the top 30 symptoms selected, alongside the initial ailment location by the patient, and the top 30 medical conditions as suggested by the AI, based on the information provided by the patient


    .Figure 8 shows where the Medical data will be available.
  11. The technical data will show how the platform is being accessed by patients, e.g., via mobile phone, desktop etc.


    Figure 9 shows where the Technical data will be available.
  12. You can also review your patient and professional feedback rating. Patient feedback comments will be provided by email.

Figure 11 demonstrates the percentage data available when the user hovers their mouse over the pie chart.
