D.O.B not showing in ProUI

If a patient D.O.B is showing as ‘invalid’ in ProUI you should complete the following steps:

  1. Log out of the Professional User Interface

  2. Select Settings or this may be called Customise and Control (three dots) to the right of the URL browser bar.

  3. Scroll to Privacy & security, then select Clear browsing data.

  4. Then select clear data to clear the search history and previous versions of ProUI.

  5. Log back into ProUI and refresh the page. The D.O.B. will then appear in the correct format in each patient enquiry.
