What happens when we receive your Klinik specification
Once we have your completed specification, and we have everything we need, we will start to build your Klinik platform effectively creating your bespoke patient online service.
Depending on the complexity of the build this usually takes around seven to ten working days to recreate your specification.
The build includes your preferred enquiry types, messaging and teams required. We will add a logo if you have one at this point and test this internally to ensure the Connect function (telephone tool), and SMS is working as it should before we release this to the project team.
We will also create your Super user accounts for you which you will have listed within the specification.
Each Super user will receive an email from a ‘Klinik-no-reply’ email address providing a link where you can set your password. We will also share with you your unique practice URL for testing along with your practice Klinik marketing materials.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you set up your account ASAP as the links will expire after 2 weeks from creation.
