This provides support and help when Klinik ProUI won't load correctly
Please follow these steps to try and log in before contacting our support team.
1. Ensure you have an active account. If unsure please contact a practice Super User.
2. Conduct a hard refresh by selecting the following keys at the same time: ctrl+r+shift
3. Clear your browser history by going to the three dots adjacent to your browser bar, go to settings, then privacy and security and select 'delete browsing data'.
