Reasons why your ProUI could be running slowly or freezing
At Klinik we do numerous version releases of ProUI whenever there are minor or major updates developed and added.
If such an update has been completed your computer may be loading an older version of ProUI. If you experience any such issues you should ensure:
- That you always acces ProUI from a browser and never a desktop icon
- That you're using a modern web browser such as Chrome or Firefox
- Clear your browser history (3 dots on your browser bar; settings; privacy & security; clear browsing history)
- Conduct a hard refresh of ProUI using ctrl+shift+r together (for Chrome and Firefox) or FN + F5 for Microsoft Edge
