Outcome and resource selection for the patient case
When closing all cases in ProUI, if your practice has this feature set-up, you will be asked to confirm the outcome i.e how the enquiry was handled e.g by phone or face to face and also the resource that dealt with the patient enquiry.
Please note the resource selected should not be the individual that closed the case on Klinik if they did not deal with it, but instead the individual that actually responded to the patient enquiry. e.g if a receptionist allocated the enquiry to a GP appointment and closed the case the resource of GP should be selected.
