This provides you with an overview of the marketing material that we create and provide as part of the onboarding process. In addition you can find below a wealth of information for patients.
We provide the following marketing material which can be used to promote Klinik on social media, or on the practice website.
- Coming soon banner- This is intended to be utilised to promote Klinik to patient in advance of the online service going live.
- Klinik Banner- this is intended to be connected to the practice URL on your go live day.
We also create and provide high resolution digital copies of the following containing a QR code to access the service. These can be created either with or without reference to 24 hour access depending on your preference. (confirmed by you in the Klinik Specification)
These will be available to you when we have built your platform and should not be used in advance of the go-live date as patients will be able to access the service.

We also provide a Custom Patient Information- short Video which can be used in practice waiting rooms or on social media.
You should ensure your web designers have been provided with the banner in advance of your proposed go-live date and time along with the practice unique URL.
It’s important they’re advised that neither should be added before the agreed time and date as patients can then access the platform. If the are connected in advance you will need to create a timed event to close the online service between the time the banner is connected and the intended go-live date.
