For professional users the following updates have been made to the ProUI
Subject Matter Filter: As a professional user I want to be able to filter by enquiry type in the interface.
Users will be able to apply a filter to select main tiles and/or sub tiles in the patient enquiry list. The tiles will appear in alphabetical order in the filter drop-down menu.
Photos & Images: As a professional user I want to be able to easily transfer a photo or image into the PHR.
A new download button has been added and positioned below each image when opened. When selected, this will now download the image immediately as a JPEG so it can easily be loaded into the PHR. (see example image 1 below)
Loading symbol: As a professional user I want to be sure a new patient case is being loaded.
When selecting and managing patient enquiries a loading symbol will appear so users can be sure they're working on the intended patient enquiry and the selected action is being carried out. (see example image 2 below)
Bug Fixes
Snooze events: We have applied an update which prevents users adding an event in the past. This ensures patients receive the intended 10 minute warning that the online service is closing soon.
Professional users are also now provided with additional guidance around setting timed events.
Unit Filter: We have applied an update to the unit filter option to improve all users experience when filtering between units.
