Klinik Access Functionality Changes-February 2024

For professional users the following new feature has been added to the ProUI

IM1 Integration Feature

Professional users are now able to send authenticated patient enquiries from the professional interface to both EMIS and S1, which lands in the consultation and care history EMIS record as text, and in S1, to the patient journal as text. Comments can then be added to the entry as required.

Each entry will show the tile name/enquiry type that has been selected by the patient along with the case ID from the Klinik record.

Anything linked to the enquiry in Klinik, such as photos, comments or SMS conversations can also be sent to the record.

The user also has the ability to send the patient contact information if required.

The clinical or admin enquiry will appear as an entry and SMS conversations, comments or photos would appear as a separate line entry.
