• Emergency filter for enquiry list
• Password reset and login improvements
• User status updates showing active, disabled and expired users (account will expire after 6 months of inactivity)
• Expired user accounts can be reactivated
• Snooze history extended to show last 30 events instead of 15
• New self-serve function for site practice super users and super users to create, edit and delete SMS templates
• Improved validation of patient and form filler phone numbers
• Patient form - ability for patients to opt out of adding NHS number by selecting field “I can't access my number”
