This article provides help if you're unable to see all columns on your ProUI screen.
If you cannot see the practice name on the upper green bar of the professional interface and/or the patient list view as you normally can please take the following steps.
1. Log out of the Professional User Interface
2. Select Settings or this may be called Customise and Control (three dots) to the right of the URL browser bar. (see screen shot below)
3. Reduce the resolution accordingly.
The Subject heading and the Practice Name should now be visible.
4. If you are still experiencing a problem, please firstly ensure you are using Google Chrome as your default browser, clear your browser cache and log out and back into all programmes.
