What is involved in completing your specification
Completing your Specification
The Klinik Specification document will take you through step by step all of the information that we will need to build your platform including the following:
- Contact information for your practice
- Whether you require your practice logo (if you have one) to be visible on the online platform
- The names of appointment tiles/enquiry types that you wish to have
- Whether you wish to have any sub-tiles. E.g Nurse Enquiry (main tile), Child Imms (sub tile)
- Appointment tiles/enquiry type pathway (options are AI pathway or short administrative pathway)
- Practice teams that will be needed (all tiles which are not self-care tiles will be linked to a practice team but you can also have teams set-up to use for internal purposes within the Professional User Interface
- Which team each appointment tile/enquiry type will link to
- If you have multiple sites whether you wish patients to select their preferred or usual
- If ICS/PCN group, whether you require one platform or multiple i.e. per practice
- Patient messaging required at each stage of the online process including the landing page
- Messaging to be included behind each short pathway tile and any links to other websites
- If you would like to add a calendar where patients can advise when they ARE NOT available
- We will also talk about your requirements for Connect (the telephone tool)
- Emergency configuration for patients presenting acute symptoms
- The identity of the key personnel (Super Users) who will hold responsibility for controlling access to the Klinik Professional Interface within your practice
To complete the specification you simply need to click on the link below and download the specification once opened. You can then save any changes as you complete each section. Once you are satisfied the document is finalised click the 'submit' button on the final page and this will then create a draft email with the specification attached addressed to our Customer Success team. Our UK CS team will review the specification and confirm if we require any further information before we start to build your Klinik platform.
In some cases we may need to arrange a further meeting with you.
Once we have all of the required information, the team will commence the build of your Klinik platform.
